EU Missions Info Days: Empowering Europe’s future
Info Days for EU Missions welcome stakeholders to collaborate on funding solutions for societal challenges, offering online participation to explore new calls and support EU Missions in Horizon Europe implementation.
The European Union is set to host Information Days dedicated to the five EU Missions under Horizon Europe from 25th to 26th April 2024. These sessions will take place on the research and innovation community platform, offering a comprehensive overview of upcoming initiatives.
Participants can expect a series of sessions over the course of two days, focusing on the latest developments included in the Missions’ segment of the main Horizon Europe Work Programme 2023-24. These sessions will introduce new mission-specific calls and topics under each mission, aiming to address critical challenges in various areas.
The Missions covered during the Info Days include:
- Adaptation to Climate Change
- Cancer Mission
- Restore our Ocean and Waters by 2030
- 100 Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities by 2030
- A Soil Deal for Europe
These calls seek to create new funding opportunities for projects that align with the ambitious goals of the EU Missions, particularly in health, climate, and environmental sectors. Additionally, sessions will cover Cross-Cutting Activities and Destination New European Bauhaus.
