The Circular Bio-based Europe Joint Undertaking (CBE JU) is set to host its much-anticipated Info Day 2024, offering valuable insights into the upcoming call for project proposals and fostering networking opportunities among potential applicants.

The event is scheduled to take place on 23rd April 2024, from 8:00 to 17:00 at the Charlemagne building in Brussels, Belgium.

Attendees will have the opportunity to delve into the intricacies of the CBE JU 2024 call, gaining essential knowledge on proposal submission, evaluation processes, and call management rules. Sessions chaired by esteemed figures such as the Circular Bio-based Europe Joint Undertaking (CBE JU) Executive Director, the Head of Programme Unit, and the Call Coordinator, will cover a spectrum of topics including setting the scene for bio-based innovation, outlining the call’s priorities, and elucidating specific call requirements.

Moreover, the event promises enriching discussions on how to craft compelling proposals, drawing on lessons learned from previous calls. An interactive Q&A session will provide attendees with the chance to seek clarifications and chart their next steps in the application process.

Beyond the informative sessions, participants can capitalize on networking opportunities during one-to-one meetings scheduled throughout the day. Additionally, travel grants are available for participants from select countries, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility to the event.

For those unable to attend in person, the Info Day will be streamed online, allowing remote participation and engagement via an online Q&A tool. Furthermore, the event’s recording will be made available for later reference, ensuring wider accessibility and dissemination of valuable insights.
