IDConsortium Secures Funding for the European Project TAURUS under Erasmus+

The project, coordinated by the Clúster Digital de Cataluña, has received a total budget of €1,006,773.70, with €805,419 awarded as funding by the European Commission.

What is TAURUS?

The TAURUS project (Talent Accelerator for the Agrifood Manufacturing Industry: Re-skilling and Up-skilling of European Workers, SMEs Counselling and Guidance) aims to accelerate digital transformation and the adoption of emerging technologies in the European agrifood sector.

To achieve this, it will develop the first European Talent Accelerator platform, powered by artificial intelligence, which will assess training needs and provide personalized guidance for companies, workers, and future employees.

The project has a 36-month duration and focuses on two key pillars:

• Assessment and Guidance Lab: Targeted at SMEs, offering strategic tools for transitioning to Industry 4.0 and 5.0.
• Re-skilling and Up-skilling Lab: Designed to train workers and future employees, strengthening their digital and technical skills.

TAURUS aims to impact over 50 SMEs and 300 students, providing them with a tailor-made training roadmap, ensuring effective integration of new technologies into their production processes.
