The European Commission is set to host the Research and Innovation Week (R&I Week) 2024, a cornerstone event in the realm of research and innovation, from 18 to 21 March at Tour & Taxis, Brussels, Belgium.
This gathering represents a significant milestone in Europe’s research and innovation landscape, commemorating a notable 40-year journey through the Research and Innovation Framework Programmes.
Over the course of four days, R&I Week 2024 will offer a platform for in-depth deliberations on the future trajectory of research and innovation. With a distinguished audience comprising policymakers, researchers, innovators, and stakeholders, R&I Week will facilitate discussions on pertinent policy debates, funding opportunities, and dedicated workshops. Attendees can anticipate insightful exhibitions showcasing EU-funded projects, providing insights into their societal impact and economic implications.
Amidst the overarching goal of advancing a more environmentally sustainable, equitable, and competitive Europe, R&I Week provides a platform to emphasize the critical need for continual investment in research and innovation.
