Science Us: new European project within the Horizon Europe initiative “Widera” proposed for funding
The main objective of ScienceUs is to create an EU wide network of interconnected citizen science projects
A combined support program of direct funding and support services will be provided to a group of high potential citizen science initiatives.
A strong set of communication, dissemination, and knowledge transfer activities will be implemented to engage all actors in the quadruple helix around the citizen science networks.
The proposal is coordinated by Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and it count with a strong consortium from the CIVIS HEIs Alliance.
The project will receive 1,5M€ and will allocate 220m€ to direct funding activities to citizen science initiatives.
IDConsortium has supported the consortium in the definition of the project idea and proposal writing.
